I've been to professional functions at the Shard and IET, Savoy Place in the last two weeks with numerous lawyer types. The conversations during the breaks somewhat inevitably turned to Brexit and the short sightedness behind the flawed, immigration biased leaving vote ... no nutters, just a large group of real professionals with concerns about the future...

agreed...but the conversations didn't explore who had voted which way ..but what seemed universal was the consensus that the vote had been unquestionably decided on a single issue in the end ... and given the referendum's primary purpose, the result was something of a nonsense...a vote to curb immigration rather than the UK's future in Europe...
