No wonder you get so much wrong if you think these things exist in isolation.

The Government has no mandate to decide the UK's priorities as they were not included in a manifesto. There has to be a discussion to decide them and it needs to be held by our elected representatives. There is no way this can be done in secret as a negotiating tactic.
Of course there is no need to state exactly where our red lines are but if we are going for example to insist that we have full control over migration then that should be approved by parliament.

Exactly. There should therefore be full parliamentary involvement from all represented parties regarding the terms of brexit, including the right to vote to veto any contentious negotiations the Tories do on behalf of the UK.

The court case is tomorrow, I believe. This may just be a prima facie hearing, but it's to determine if May has the royal prerogative to trigger article 50, as Gvt lawyers claim, or if as the opposition claim, it belongs solely to the Queen and Parliament.

If the Gvt loses, any proposed Brexit deal would have to pass through the commons.

As you admitted, you get things wrong. :emoticon-0105-wink:

Perhaps if you lost this childish habit of posting abuse and seeing it all a a challenge, the discussion could expand and become interesting.

All the time you and your wee buddies play the daft game that you are, it's doomed to tedium.
