I really hope that May isn't that stupid to allow herself to get railroaded into a hard Brexit by Barmy Boris & co.

But, at the moment, that's where the markets see us going!...

 

She seems to be Blair in a trouser suit so she'll do whatever she thinks will make her popular. So far she's been incredibly unimpressive.

 

... possibly over rumours that one or more might be jumping ship to the Tories ... surely there is no common ground or place in the Tory party for anybody not already on the short list for cannonisation? ... Pete will be bealing ... he'll no doubt console himself by trawling the internet for hours looking for scandal on naughty Labour types

 

I'm sure many would love to see the Tories 'cannonised' !

So the exchange rate made our imports £2.6 billion more expensive but don't worry as our more competitive exports offset that by £0.1 billion.

 

It's a blindingly obvious result of the U.K. trade imbalance.
