Sexually abusing a child equals death penalty.
Beating a child to death means jail.
Murdering one person (a defenceless child or a helpless pensioner) means jail.
But killing 2 people (maybe a gang on gang related crime) means the death penalty.

Do you honestly not see the inconsistencies there?

As for the proof issue...the Birmingham 6, Guilford 4, The Carl Bridgewater Case, (plus lots of others) were all considered a clear cut case of guilt. Those people did decades in jail before being proved innocent. If the death penalty had been in place (2 were mass killings in terrorist attacks and the other was a burglary which led to a 12 yr old newspaper boy being murdered) they would never have been proved innocent.
Imo the death penalty will always kill innocent people so should never be used.

Kustard is a far right fantasist. Had the B6 and G4 been executed and later found to be innocent, he would have shrugged his shoulders and considered them collateral damage in a war against the IRA.
