I kept out of that debate, as it's not something I've paid much interest to but a quick squint a wiki says;

She is the Queen of the UK, of England, of Scotland, of Northern Ireland, of Wales and of Hull

So you are saying she is Monarch of anywhere within the UK? Like "Monarch of the traffic lights down my road". Most people, I suspect the Queen herself, would say she's the Queen of the UK. That's because they would be right.
