Signs this morning that the insurance market is getting twitchy.
The day after the referendum Lloyds issued a statement saying they were prepared for whatever Brexit is and business was unchanged.
Today they have said the prolonged period of uncertainty and the risk to its access to the single market means it is now looking at contingency plans to move some business out of the UK.
Experts think it's related to the Japanese warning yesterday as 16% of its capital comes from Japan.

 

Until May gets her arse into gear it will remain as such.

 

So, two months down the road and still no plan!?..

PM Teresa took a bit of a battering yesterday. There was very little love, support or sympathy for the Great UK in the room. Do those people not realise that we single handedly won WWII over seventy years ago?

 

This could be a turbulent week for the markets. Every comment made at the G20, will be dissected and played over and over again.

 

Nigel doesn't seem to be having much influence on fulfilling his promises to the gullible and scared.

 

Sensible people never publicise negotiation plans. I would have thought that would be obvious.
