I've not got a specific person in mind, but what it needs is a genuine leader, who can rebuild the party and actually has some charisma!

Labour needs to reposition itself, shake off the old style left wing thinking but create a set of policies that combines social justice, tax payer value and embracing economic growth. Simply harping back to a time that most consider was pretty ****, isn't the way forwards if they're going to provide the strong opposition that the country needs right now.

Unfortunately I don't think that's going to happen, and we'll be left wi the hapless Corbyn until the party is completely obliterated at the next GE.

I agree with Tobes, Corbyn is a throwback to everything that was bad about the UK in the 70's. He is, in by opinion, a man who is totally inflexible and sees only his own beliefs and opinions. There is no room for compromise in Corbyn's world.

Labour will be humiliated and electorally wiped out if they go into a GE with Corbyn as leader and their current policies.
