Theyre not entwined Charlie. Theyre just playing the same game the politicians tell them to play. Go here, go there. Its all about money and how much we can get out of them.

I worked over there a long time ago and wanted to go back! <yikes> Not now. No way!

Not sure I entirely agree with that blunham, the Royals have a self interest which has been around since the Norman kings and their Dukes still have unbridled power on stolen lands, to rule over us. The Royals love it over there.

This film showed to me what it is all about

Prince Air Miles was on a trade trip. He's always on a trade trip. That's his job. The government always roll him out because foreigners are always impressed by a bit of blue blood.

And I hope you're not using Michael Moore in your argument. The guy has his own agenda to push.

Your view / my view, agree to disagree. Andrew is up his own arse, a pompous git who loves it out there.
The film, having watched it twice, raises huge questions of the Bush family, the Saudi royals and the whole fekin mess.
My argument is about power, greed and the fuelling of an extremist Islamic view by a country that is supposed to be on our side; tied in with a Royal family here, that is supposed to be a beacon for our Nation, yet being associated with that extremism. We need people to stand up to cowardIS, after all we ask that of our military and in my view our Royals and all civilised countries, should disassociate themselves from them and the world stand up to those who perpetuate this extremism as well as those who carry it out in their name.
Ah, but I forgot greed, money and oil are involved.

Damn, I'm sat in my dressing gown, full of flu, have nothing else to do but argue and my wife is not speaking. I was looking to you to keep me going Blunham.

In reality, it's a horrible horrible time and we all know it's not the last of it. Heart goes out to all those who have been closely affected by these events and it is ironic and more saddening that it happened as we enter into Christmas and a time of peace and goodwill

What has happened in Paris has really hit home, that could easily have been me in that theatre. A friend was doing a gig in a venue just down the road.

I don't know what the answer is but some action needs to be taken. This has gone from barbaric killings in the middle east to barbaric killings right on our doorstep.

How do you fight an organisation that has no country, no identity and hides among normal people? Do nothing and innocent people die, do something and more innocent people die. It is an impossible situation.

I can almost see the Americans going into Syria and Libya with troops on the ground. Certainly a terror attack like Paris in the US would trigger it.

It will need to be a combined effort with the Russians otherwise it could really get nasty. Lets hope they can agree something at this summit. With maybe even the French committing troops this time. They kept out of the last 2 wars. Didn't help them though did it.

That's harsh mate. They're the only ones fighting Boko Haram in Mali and Central Africa. With some success too.
