    I'd like to know which clubs voted for, and voted against. I'd like to see what their motivation was.

    There must have been some positives as well..there are always winners and losers. A League official said something about there being a limit on numbers taken into academies so there was little risk of top sides grabbing all the best players. There would also be money from the PL for academy development (that was the money they were threatening to withhold). He also said that bigger sides have always taken from smaller clubs..I know we have. The downside is that teams may miss out on the big pay day that could keep them going for a couple of years.
