Sadly completely out of his depth. He hasn’t a clue. He’s not a good manager. He has no idea how to get a result. The last two games have proven he’s just not good enough.
The Cambridge match was it for me. He totally got it wrong and I said he was out of his depth. Most people gave me an absolute hammering for daring to say it. I think I didn’t deserve it.
The game was there to be won but they revert to type every single time they go ahead. They just stop trying to score.. Its actually unbelievable how many times they do it.. Bruce is and was a better manager. People just want to believe Howe is better. I can quote stats ( @Welshie doesnt like me doing it and gives me verbal abuse and calls me nasty names. ) to prove he’s done no better than Bruce. The owners need to take some responsibility for some of the **** decisions they have made. Literally nothing has improved at the club since they arrived. I’ve asked the question about that and people have given me extremely loose improvements.
it’s been like that for at least the last 10 years…probably longer if I’m honest. We’ve had umpteen players and managers in that time so I really can’t get my ****ing head around why it’s like that. Howe mentioned attacking high press football in his press conference when he was unveiled…think ive seen that once in bursts in the Man Utd game but that’s about it. Can’t quite understand how when so many people on the outside can see it that the so called “professional” coaches who have spent most of their lives in the game can’t see it!
We should be grateful the owners still went ahead when the club was already facing relegation. I refuse to therefore blame them.. It's just a crap team and seemingly a manager that is getting things wrong. We need quality but it's impossible to get it in this position
They could have appointed a better manager. They could have appointed a DoF. A head scout. A technical director. They just wanted the adulation from the fans. We don’t need tyre kickers we need professionals.
Like I say you should just be grateful they were brave enough to take it on in October. They've had two weeks to sign players and big managers didn't like the look of the league position. Howe was seen as a decent appointment at the time

They need to take responsibility for their mistakes just like anyone else. They have made mistakes. Hired Howe. Mistake. No DoF. Mistake. Why are they immune? Bought a RB. Wasn’t priority. Mistake.
No they need to fulfill their long term business plan. If I buy a sinking ship its not my fault that its sinking. They've done us a favour that's why a big one.. You want Ashley back?
They have no long term business plan. They didn’t have any plan: when the takeover happened they all said it took them by surprise. They had no plan. They have no plan. They have no idea what they are doing.
If I buy a sinking ship. I get a captain who can sail. I get some men who can assist. I buy some buckets that don’t have holes in. And I sail towards land.
The club desperately needs PIF to buy out Staveley and Reuben, then appoint some ****ing proper people to run it. Watching today as an owner I’d be furious - Howe was useless and he wanted Wood for £25m. **** me that’s just burning money.
Assuming the sailors required are available , and that the owners of the crews are prepared to / need to sell them .
They (AS and MG) should have just hired the right people and just been PR people. Instead they selfishly wanted to take all the adulation and credit. They wanted to love the fans. They wanted to get us onside because they knew they didn’t have any idea how to run a football club. They didn’t even hire anyone of note. They took weeks to get our world class manager in Howe. They even gave Bruce a final golden handshake in the spurs game. Crazy. I have no idea why a lot of our fans are just accepting they are doing what they are doing. You have to wonder why Ashley is taking AS to court? I wonder what it is?
Which they are. There is plenty of people available to assist. Ah but…. They have to deliberate to get the “right one” but ultimately time ticks on. We keep not winning. And they just speak on Twitter “your all amazing fans. We love you” Meanwhile behind the scenes they just keep making no decisions.
