Swampy - any of the mods over here could have banned Dai from this board ages ago for some of the crap he's posted if he'd have been thought to be in anyway "dangerous". The fact is that although some find him an infuriating poster with his repetitive stuff, he's pretty harmless in reality.

Personally speaking, I think Dai is an out and out WUM on this board and often on his own. He changes his mind on subjects more often than he changes his underpants, and it's all good for a laugh on the forums - nobody has died through it.

Apart from the standard reasons like any personal stuff, racism or deliberate attempts to provoke, there's only one thing that's deserving of a ban and should be jumped on. That's when constant attempts are made to derail decent football discussion threads with one-liners and the like that take them off track.

That's my pet hate, and I guess the other mods have theirs - such is life. <ok>

Jay - as far as I know, (and I may be wrong if any ancient bans are still in existance) no Swansea poster at all is banned from this forum except Dai, and only then because he got a whole site ban as result of his own mods request for "infringements" over there.

If Dragonborn is staying away, it's because he's chosen to - that's his choice, and maybe he's made the right call for now.

Looks like a few others from down there have played their gloating hands out, and what we got was fair enough and mainly par for the course on a multi-club football forum.

Maybe now we can get on discussing our upcoming season etc without the jack crapsters derailing everything. The decent stuff from some posters down there is always welcome, but it tends to get buried by the dross it brings with it.
 
Completely agree mate <ok>, DB probably got on his own nerves with his constant posts on our forum. I know he got on most of ours

Agree entirely Sparks. Mind you there are some Swans who, for me, are welcome on any thread, SwansCartoonHead, Goodland and IvorAllJack to name a few.

Changed outlook on life? Nah!!! Have been a miserable old git (MOG) for many years - according to my daughter anyway.

I had a pm from not606 advising they had conferred the venerable status of veteran on me and this included a list showing you as well.

When I look around , I'm extremely happy with our mods ....our favorite Cardiff posters are suck ups too , it's to be expected
 
u can try and bad mouth cartoon as much as you want dude, the fella has respect on this site, and it all boils down 2him being a decent human being...................shame some of the other jacks don't take up the baton and try it out now and then.
