GREEN GANG SPLIT AND BLAME SFA - Exclusive

THE news that Michael McDonald has pulled out of the Green Gang because he can't make a fast buck is no surprise to me.

On Friday I spoke to a senior source who has been close to the Rangers crisis for the last two months and he made a prediction.

He said that Charles Green would eventually walk away, leaving Rangers in the lurch. (He made that prediction? Wow, I bet no one else has done that eh?)

And that Green would blame the Scottish Football Association, the Scottish Premier League, the media and those Rangers supporters who question his motives and integrity.

That prediction is already starting to come true with the main man in the Green gang, the big boss, the leader of the Manchester Quality Street Gang, Michael McDonald walking away and laying the blame at the door of the SFA and their year-long transfer ban. (He played with Dalglish, Davidson et al. don't you know)

But not because that ban will damage Rangers' chances of winning the title next season.

Not because it will weaken Rangers and see them have to fight for a place in the top six. At best!

Not because it could plunge Rangers into a struggle to beat relegation.

No, none of the above.

McDonald is quitting at the first sign that he won't be able to double, treble, quadruple or even better than that, his dough. (Imagine a businessman wanting to make money. The very thought!)

For he has revealed that the Green Gang's scheme is based on investors having part ownership of the players the controversial Paul Stretford would have signed, giving the Green Gang and not Rangers, the profits from the sale of players.

When my source made his prediction little lights flashed in my head. Warning lights.

For the Green Gang ain't mugs. Charles Green knows how much bad blood there is between Rangers supporters and the Scottish Football Association.

So the tactic of blaming the SFA is sound, as there are some less thoughtful Rangers supporters who will take the Green Gang's rants at face value and immediately blame the SFA. (The brass neck on this ****! )

But now that Michael McDonald, the big boss, the main man, the leader of the Manchester Quality Street Gang, has shown his true colours and quit, the Green Gang is on the verge of splitting.

Who'll be next to cut and run?

FEARS are growing that the much trumpeted BBC probe into Rangers will prove to be all sound and fury.

The hour-long programme is due to be broadcast on BBC One on Wednesday night. But, despite claims it will lift the lid on what has happened since the very start of the WHYTE SCANDAL, there is little confidence it can deliver.

For once again BBC Scotlandâs investigative reporter, Mark Daly has been handed the leading role. And the last time that happened he blew it. (What?!? He got it spot on and got the huns absolutely raging, including certain posters on this site eh EDGE and Nev?)

That was back in October when Daly produced little new evidence about conman Craig Whyteâs background and failed to ask pertinent follow-up questions which could have nailed Whyte.

As it was, it took Jim Traynor in the Daily Record to finally start driving the nails into Whyte which brought him down and left him exposed as a conman, trickster, cheat and huckster. (Lay off the drink Leggo)

Traynor did it with the basic tool of any reporter. Hard facts! (Facts which he had sat on for nearly a year before being forced to print them)

Since then Channel Fourâs prancing poltroon of a poseur, Alex Thomson has boasted of what he has uncovered, apart, that is, from his enormous ego.

Though his sum total of shis 'work' has been a re-hash of facts already unearthed by newspapers and placed in the public domain.

Alex Thomson has also been seen at least once in the company of BBC Scotlandâs Mark Daly.

Thomson also has a close relationship with Odious Creep and it is Creepâs connection to Dalyâs programme this week which has insiders leaking their fears that Mark Daly and BBC Scotland willâ¦.

FLOP!

It is believed Creep will play a key role in Dalyâs programme. That has led to questions being asked as to just why Odious Creep should be involved at all.

For he has been completely out of the loop on this fascinating and extremely complex story.

In fact, behind the scenes, I have been told he has even admitted to not knowing too much about the story, despite STV and BBC Scotlandâs fascination with inviting him on to discuss it.

Thus have Scottish Television and BBC Scotland deliberately set out to keep their viewers in the dark about the WHYTE SCANDAL and the Rangers story. (What?)

Now BBC Scotland has promised they will turn the spotlight on David Murray and on Craig Whyte and on the deal which saw Rangers sold out by David Murray to Craig Whyte for a quid.

They are also trailing that the Mark Daly programme will lift the lid on just what part the Lloyd Banking Group played in David Murray having to unload Rangers in such an unseemly way to conman Whyte.

Many Rangers supporters I have spoken to were originally excited at the thought of David Murray and Lloyds Bank being placed slap bang in the firing line.

Those same fans also expressed the hope the spotlight would also be turned on administrators, Duff and Phelps and on managing director David Whitehouse and senior partner David Grier in particular.

But now those supporters have been made aware that one of the main contributors looks like being Odious Creep, those television licence payers are less than hopeful the BBC documentary, fronted by Mark Daly, will be anything other than bumbling and imprecise.

That all there will be will be lots of smoke and mirrors and lots of unasked, never mind unanswered questions, with no emails, no letters and no memos to back up allegations.

That there will be plenty of Odious Creepâs trademark bumbling imprecision and that his presence will rob the programme of any credibility.

All of which will simply allow the guilty men, David Murray, Craig Whyte, Lloyds Bank and Donald Muir and very possibly, Duff and Phelps, the firmâs managing director, David Whitehouse and its senior partner, David Grier, to wriggle off the hook.

IF I had Â£1 for every time I have warned about Duff and Phelps and mentioned the link their senior partner David Grier had to Craig Whyte’s takeover of Rangers I would be stretched on a sun lounger on Miami South Beach right now.

And if I had another quid for every time I have been ridiculed and even warned by Rangers supporters about going after Duff and Phelps, while being ignored by many newspapers, the Herald and its hopeless Business Desk in particular, I’d be able to stay there until this time next year.

However, I’m still here. Still on Duff and Phelps’ case. And now hovering and moving in for the kill. The killer blow, the knock out punch which will see them floored and possibly even having to answer questions in a police interview room.

Fraud is a big word. But it is one which was often mentioned on BBC Scotland’s programme, in relation to the takeover of Rangers by Craig Whyte, a takeover which was facilitated by Duff and Phelps senior partner, David Grier.

I’ve been harping on about Grier ever since Duff and Phelps were caught red handed trying to smuggle him into David Murray’s Charlotte Square headquarters.

Something which was exclusively revealed on LeggoLand.

But only now is it there for all to see. Proper proof! Documented evidence!

That Duff and Phelps, Paul Clark, managing director, David Whitehouse and senior partner, David Grier, should not have been allowed anywhere near the administration of Rangers.

For me the clue always lay in the fact that conman Whyte moved heaven and earth to make sure Duff and Phelps were appointed as administrators.

But now, lying there in the public domain for all to see and take note of, is an email which proves that Grier was told about the Ticketus deal on April 19th.

The email was sent to Craig Whyte and David Grier by Whyte's lawyer, Gary Withey and the BBC have a copy.

The Beeb can also prove that Grier was present at a meeting with Whyte and his lawyer Gary Withey just five days later, on April 24th, by which time David Grier had been in posssession of the Ticketus email for almost a week.

Despite all of that, all of those facts, Grier continues to say he had no knowledge of the stitch up between Whyte and Ticketus until August.

David Grier continues to proclaim his innocence and is now threatening legal action, despite the overwhelming avalanche of evidence which appears to prove his repeated denials seem like lies.

And as for the Duff and Phelps threat to sue, here’s a question. As they must surely have known the basic content of the charges the BBC planned to lay at their door, why did Duff and Phelps not seek recourse to the Court of Session and apply for an Interim Interdict to stop the BBC broadcasting the allegations?

For now the damning email about the Ticketus deal from Withey to Whyte and Grier on April 19th, along with proof of Duff and Phelps senior partner Grier's presence at that April 24th meeting, lies in the public domain for examination.

And what is important is that everything to do with the part Duff and Phelps have played, has been forensically examined by a specialist forensic accountant. And his verdict is more than damning.

Roger Isaacs, a forensic accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, is pretty clear about declaring his verdict.

Duff and Phelps are….

GUILTY!

In fact, if he had been a High Court Judge from bygone days, Isaacs would have been reaching for the black cap to signify sentence.

Did you look at Roger Isaacs on television last night? Did you weigh him up alongside the appalling array of spivs, blusterers, conmen and clowns who paraded across the screen?

Did you reach the same conclusion as I did?

That compared to the shifty looking Grier, the spiv like looking David Whitehouse and all the rest, here was a man whose honesty and integrity shone through.

That Roger Isaacs is a man whose view could be trusted as the seriously considered opinion of a seriously trustworthy man. That he is sort of man who would have been your bank manager, back in the days when banks had such things and when they were decent people.

That is the view I formed of Roger Isaacs.

He has called for Duff and Phelps to either step aside from the Rangers’ administration because of a clear conflict of interest. And more.

Using the sort of language which careful, moderate men such as Roger Isaacs rarely resort to, he has insisted that if Duff and Phelps do not step aside, they should be forcibly removed.

Duff and Phelps should be….

FORCIBLY REMOVED!

And so they must be. They must be forcibly removed before they are party to another stitch up. Before Duff and Phelps are party to setting up yet another dodgy deal. This time one which could tip Rangers over the edge.

That is, the one they seem hell bent on bulldozing through, the sale of Rangers to Charlie Green and Men of Mystery who make up the Green Gang.

Of course there are many poor and lazy journalists out there who see the headline figure of the Â£6M David Murray is said to have pocketed from the EBTs as the eye catching story.

It is not!

Despite BBC claims to have uncovered new evidence about the EBTs, they have not.

All the EBT evidence has already been led by the Revenue and by those legal eagles stating the Rangers’ case.

It has all been heard and duly noted by three learned High Court Judges. Those three eminent and learned High Court Judges rose in January and are still deliberating. Still pondering, weighing and mulling over the evidence they have heard.

They won’t be paying any attention to dribs and drabs of information leaked to the BBC by some disgruntled tax official, probably of a Parkhead persuasion.

After all, where else would the Beeb get their EBT tax information from?

The first part of the programme was all about the ETBs and it was an irrelevance. On which subject, can somebody please explain to me why the greatest journalistic irrelevance in Scotland, Odious Creep, was trousering more taxpayers money? Who invited him on?

Mind you, he was good for a bit of light relief. For despite the overwhelming body of evidence to the contrary, Odious Creep remains the last man in Scotland who believes David Murray’s claim that Craig Whyte duped him into selling Rangers.

But then again, that is Odious Creep in a journalistic nutshell. Someone who ignores the evidence in a bid to spout an attention grabbing view which is contrary to the facts.

But we shall return to him again soon. In some detail and with some startling revelations about his own view of himself and what I believe his agenda and long term goal is.

For the moment, don’t fall for any newspaper pap which focuses on the EBTs and produces a predictable MURRAY MINT headline above a picture of David Murray.

The Sun's failure to grasp the story was to be expected. It has not had a clue since the WHYTE SCANDAL broke.

I did, however, expect better of the Record. But their news team, the night editor and his back bench, were just as inept.

It is Duff and Phelps who are the story. It is Paul Clark and managing director, David Whitehouse and in particular, dodgy David Grier, the Duff and Phelps senior partner, who are all in the eye of the storm.

And who must now, in the words of forensic accountant, the trustworthy Roger Isaacs, be…

FORCIBLY REMOVED!

DAVID LOW AND THE GREEN GANG - Exclusive

DAVID LOW is suspected of being ready to try to gatecrash the Green Gang, which is now on the very brink of taking over Rangers.

Low is the rabid Celtic supporter and financial consultant who was at the centre of the Fergus McCann takeover of Celtic in 1994 and who masterminded McCann’s moves.

Now I understand that Low has opened a channel of communication to Charles Green, the man at the centre of the latest group of bidders for Rangers to be granted privileged status by the now seriously compromised administrators, Duff and Phelps.

It is not yet known what the exact nature of the communication between David Low and Charles Green has been. But SO FAR, David Low is not yet believed to be acting as an advisor to Charles Green and the Green Gang. (Wow, what a scoop)

This latest news about who is linked to the Green Gang will come as another stunning blow to Rangers supporters who are already deeply suspicious of the MEN of MYSTERY who are behind front man Green and who Green refuses to name.

Already, disgraced agent Paul Stretford and his pal and one time business partner, Kenny Dalglish, have been named as those who are being lined up to play a part in running Rangers if Charles Green and his Gang get their hands on the Ibrox title deeds.

Now it is believed Low’s name can be added to those linked with Charles Green. David Low is believed to have been in touch to offer his services to the Green Gang.

Low, who has described himself as being an unreconstructed Celtic fan, is a season ticket holder at Parkhead.

As well as acting as a financial consultant, David Low is also a publican in Glasgow and he owns McPhabs on Sauchiehall Street, just west of Charing Cross. (But the question on everyone's lips is what is his date of birth?)

It is claimed that at a Champions League Final pub party on Saturday night there was wild talk among some Celtic fans about David Low getting his feet under the Ibrox boardroom table and milking Rangers.

The news will not come as any surprise to those with long memories. For this is not the first time David Low has been involved in a bid to take over Rangers.

Low’s first foray was revealed in a bombshell story in the Daily Record in April 2010 when David Low confirmed he had been asked by a senior member of the Rangers Trust to address a small Trust sub-committee and give them advice on how to organise a fans’ buy out. (Imagine, a financial consultant with specialist knowledge in football being asked to give advise about a fan's buy out)

Low never got the chance as, according to the story, three of the members of the Trust sub committee refused to give their permission to allow the Celtic man access to their plans. (ie., small-minded bigots)

Six months earlier, in October 2009, in an interview with Hugh McDonald in the Herald - Low’s favourite newspaper - Low boldly stated: “This is a good time to buy Rangers.”

David Low has a close relationship with the Herald and in December 2009, two months after that interview with Hugh McDonald appeared, the Herald published an extract from David Low’s book, The McCann Takeover: The Inside Account, written with Francis Sheenan and published by Bolista, which charted the key role he played in wresting Celtic away from the White and Kelly families and bringing in Fergus McCann in 1994.

Now it is believed David Low, a self confessed unreconstructed Celtic supporter, who in October 2009, declared it was a good time to buy Rangers, may still believe it is and may now want to be part of Charles Green’s mysterious and extremely suspicious bid to snare Rangers, with the help of the probably soon to be under investigation administrators, Duff and Phelps.

And in another twist which will horrify Rangers supporters, I can reveal that David Low is a close confidant and contact of Odious Creep and if Low links with the Green Gang and moves in to take control of Rangers, Creep will be given unfettered access inside Ibrox.

Of course there are many Rangers supporters out there who will now accuse me of scaremongering. But they are the same fans who dismissed my attacks on Bill Ng, Bill Miller, the Chicago Mob and Andrew Ellis as scaremongering. (Even most of the mutants on FF think you're an utter loonball)

And who also questioned my constant attacks on the credibility of Duff and Phelps, plus the questions I have posed about the integrity of Duff and Phelps and in particular Duff and Phelps managing director, David Whitehouse and senior partner, David Grier.

As I have been right about all of them, I wonder what chances my critics will give me of being correct about rabid Celtic fan and self confessed unreconstructed Celtic supporter, David Low?
