LAWWELL, THE BIGOT O'ROURKE AND THE CELTIC FAMILY

JOE O’ROURKE, the bigot who leads the OFFICIAL Celtic Supporters Association, remains a member of the Celtic family.

And for as long Joe O’Rourke, the man who wants to see Protestants drowned, stays on the inside of the Celtic family, as someone who has privileged access to Celtic chief executive, Peter Lawwell, then Celtic and Lawwell will be tainted.

Tainted by sectarianism! Tainted by hatred! And tainted by bigotry.

And that, by association leaves the Scottish Football Association, where Lawwell shares the Hampden boardroom with SFA chief executive, Stewart Regan, also tainted.

By association, with Lawwell and his silence, through to the bigot, O’ Rourke, the SFA is tainted.

The SFA is tainted by its association with Peter Lawwell, a man who will not speak out against Joe O’Rourke’s sectarianism.

The SFA is tainted by its association with Peter Lawwell, a man who will not speak out against Joe O’Rourke’s hatred.

The SFA is tainted by its association with Peter Lawwell, a man who will not speak out against Joe O’Rourke’s bigotry.

Strathclyde Police have already revealed that they have been in touch with the hate filled bigot O’Rourke and given him a final warning not to repeat his call for Protestants to be drowned.

But there has been no word, not even a whisper from inside the Parkhead corridors of power where Peter Lawwell rules supremely, that he and Celtic want nothing more to do with the OFFICIAL Celtic Supporters Association for as long as the Protestant hating bigot, Joe O’Rourke remains at its head.

Lawwell has so far appeared to commit what I believe is called a sin of omission.

Therefore, as far as many people are concerned, for as long as he omits to condemn O’Rourke and make it clear Celtic can no longer work with him, then Peter Lawwell appears guilty of condoning O’Rourke.

Surely that is not what the OFFICIAL Celtic website meant when it claimed Celtic’s chief executive had praised the Celtic family. Was it?

Of course it must be remembered that Celtic supporters have caused Peter Lawwell continual problems with UEFA because of their bad behaviour during European matches.

FIVE times in just about as many years – two of them THIS season – unruly, bad and downright hooligan actions by a mob of Celtic supporters have cost Celtic more than a staggering Â£100,000 in UEFA fines.

Yet these are the same supporters Lawwell claimed have been a credit to Celtic all season.

The same supporters he publicly clashed with in front of press reporters and photographers in the airport as he returned from the Europa League tie against Udinese.

The same supporters who are now so out of hand, so out of control and so convinced that Lawwell will turn a blind eye to their rampaging, that they could cause further damage to Celtic in Europe and see their club hit with a punishment which goes far beyond a fine.

The same supporters whose OFFICIAL Celtic Supporters Association is led by Joe O’Rourke, a hate filled bigot who wants to drown Protestants and who Strathclyde police have cracked down on because of his sectarianism.

The same bigot, Joe O’Rourke, who Celtic chief executive, Peter Lawwell, a man at the peak of power in Scottish football, sharing a Scottish Football Association directorship with SFA chief executive, Stewart Regan, has failed to condemn as a bigot and refused to work with.

Which many see as meaning Peter Lawwell is still happy to have Joe O’Rourke as a member of the Celtic family.

No doubt in the next few days Lawwell will grant an audience to a hand picked press propaganda posse, feeding them slick spin.

Will any of them be bold enough to ask him about Joe O’Rourke, the bigot who remains as the secretary of the OFFICIAL Celtic Supporters Association?

ONE false move from administrators Duff and Phelps this week and Rangers hopes of launching their recovery NEXT season could be well and truly SCUPPERED.

For if the Duff and Phelps Two name either the Yankee-diddler-not-so-dandy, Bill Miller or Billy Ng from Singapore, as their preferred bidder there is a real danger of Rangers being left stuck in limbo.

And still in administration and still WITHOUT a new owner by the time next season kicks off, meaning Rangers being hit with another Scottish Premier League points penalty which would hand a second successive title to Celtic. (Championies, Championies)

That is the harsh truth of the matter and it underlines how vital it is that the Duff and Phelps Two, Paul Clark and David Whitehouse, make the right decision when naming their preferred bidder.

Because the only ONE of the three groups which would be certain to take the deal to its conclusion and become the new owners of Rangers is the one from Paul Murray and his True Blue Knights.

Bill Miller, the American who has been involved in many a shady deal in the past and who was accused of FRAUD, has already set alarm bells ringing by admitting, in the Scottish Daily Mail, that he doesn’t really know very much about Rangers and what’s been going on since the bombshell of the WHYTE SCANDAL broke

Miller has tried to rubbish the True Blue Knights bid, though he has claimed the Ticketus debt is TWICE as much as it actually will be if the True Blue Knights win control at Ibrox, adding alarmingly that he didn’t know any more about the background to that situation than what he had read in the papers.

Yet it was a major story even before the shadowy Miller was revealed as being part of the Chicago Mob, that Paul Murray had slashed what had been a Â£27m debt to Ticketus to Â£10M on condition that the True Blue Knights win the day.

So either Bill Miller cannot read or he cannot count. Or he’s just talking off the top of his head and snatching figures from thin air. A bit like Craig Whyte, in fact.

However, once again in the Scottish Daily Mail, John Greechan’s approach to writing the story was so convoluted that he missed the contradictions and lack of accuracy from Miller and continued to avoid mentioning the fact Miller has been accused of….

Breach of contract!

Wrongful conversion of company monies!

Mismanagement!

Breach of fiduciary duty!

And……

FRAUD!

And as for Billy Ng? We are now told we must believe that as far back as December last year he was planning to make a takeover bid for Rangers.

Leading to one outstanding question. If, as he claims, he is a lifelong Rangers fan, why did Billy Ng not try to buy Rangers this time last year or at any time in the two years prior to that when David Murray was trying to sell up?

What made Rangers appear on his radar only in December last year and not at any time in the previous three years? Especially since he claims to have supported Rangers since their 1972 European Cup Winners Cup triumph, the 40th anniversary of which is conveniently approaching?

It's all a bit of a mystery!

The danger which will come with Duff and Phelps naming either Miller or Ng as their preferred bidder is that it will take anything between six and eight weeks for either to examine all the books, revenue streams, contracts and other details of Rangers, before deciding whether or not to make a bid and negotiate a way out of the mess through a CVA.

In fact, they could easily spend two months pouring over those details and then decide the deal is not for them and walk away with a thanks, but no thanks.

That is a real, clear and present danger. (Also, Air Force One, The Hunt For Red October & Patriot Games)

But it is not one which will exist if Duff and Phelps give preferred bidder status to Paul Murray and the True Blue Knights. For a start, Murray knows most of the details about revenue streams, contracts etc.

It would take him no longer than a fortnight to go over anything he is not already aware of.

And there is no chance of Paul Murray and the True Blue Knights, if granted preferred bidder status, walking away. They will follow through, conclude the deal, negotiate the CVA which will see Rangers emerge from administration and put the Ibrox club on the way to getting ready to challenge to win back their SPL crown next season.

But only if the Duff and Phelps Two forget all the rubbish being spouted by Bill Miller from America and Billy Ng from Singapore.

However, given Clark and Whitehouse’s track record and given the link Duff and Phelps have with Craig Whyte through their senior partner, David Grier, who helped Whyte do the deal which David Murray says duped him, I am not hopeful they won’t land Rangers with the wrong owner.

WHEN it comes to duping, there are few who can match Odious Creep, who many may feel has behaved in the manner of a conman, trickster huckster over the Easter weekend. (The daily O.C. Watch)

He popped up in the Scotsman – courtesy of his pathetic pal the new deputy editor, Peter McMahon, on Maundy Thursday, writing a column on religious affairs, the main thrust of which was that more people in Scotland attended some form of organised Christian worship every Sunday than went to football matches over any given weekend.

Well, take his word for that should you wish. But as he’s never been known for his facts and has confessed to being an imprecise bumbler, I would prefer to hear it from a proper authority before believing it (Leggo = Billy Bumbler)

By Easter Sunday, in the fast fading Sunday Herald, Odious Creep was back in the pulpit slot again with another column on religious affairs. The thrust of which was?

You’ve guessed!

The fact that more people in Scotland attend some form of organised Christian worship every Sunday than go to a football match.

Do the words charlatan, cheat, conman, trickster and huckster spring to mind?(Craig Whtye?)

And did his pal, Peter McMahon, the Scotsman’s newly appointed deputy editor’s boss, the editor, read the Sunday Herald and wonder when it will be his paper’s turn to get barely disguised reheated garbage from Odious Creep after it has appeared elsewhere?

Or is it simply the case that the plummeting circulation figures of the Scotsman and the Sunday Herald reflect the way both papers are edited?

MILLER AND NG COULD CAUSE CHAOS NEXT SEASON

This "True Blue Knights" stuff really is cringeworthy. He does of course know that P Murray has not denied any involvement in the EBT scheme doesn't he? Anybody actually noticed he has not said anything about how Speirs has pi$$ed him off so much (I'd imagine bring a journalist in gainful employment covers it all really??)

I would imagine it was because he was the only Scottish journalist during the Murray years to tell the truth which led to SDM's infamous press conference where he encouraged the Rangers fans to "boycott certain newspapers".

The fact Spiers was proved to be right is neither here nor there to these brainless mutants.

BARRY HUGHES AND RANGERS - Exclusive

IF Rangers director Andrew Ellis wins his fight for a 20 per cent shareholding at Ibrox, he could open the door of the boardroom to Barry Hughes.

The notorious Hughes has already been in the inner sanctum of the Blue Room when he was a guest of Ellis in the directors’ box when Craig Whyte was still the chairman.

Ellis had been involved with conman Whyte’s duping of David Murray when David was set up and conned into selling out Rangers to huckster Whyte for a quid.

He believed part of the secret pact he had made with Whyte was for a quarter of the 85.3per cent shareholding which David handed over of Â£1….PLUS a seat on the Rangers board, in return for the help he gave Whyte

When Whyte failed to make Ellis a director, Ellis wangled himself an invite to the directors’ box for a match….and took the notorious BARRY HUGHES as his guest.

Many lifelong Rangers supporters, including a fair number of Glasgow businessmen who sit in the Members’ area adjacent to the directors’ box, were furious to see Barry Hughes sitting in the seats once occupied by such legendary Rangers names as Bill Struth(bigot), Scot Symon(bigot), Willie Waddell(bigot), Jock Wallace(bigot) and more recently, Walter Smith.

Within days of Andrew Ellis taking his seat in the directors’ box, with Barry Hughes at his side, Whyte named Ellis as a Rangers director.

Take from that what you will.

Now, if Ellis gets his way and wins the court battle he threatens to have with Whyte, Barry Hughes could become a permanent fixture in the directors’ box, with Ellis pushing to be re-confirmed as a director and then campaigning to have Barry Hughes elevated to the Ibrox boardroom

This latest Ellis move proves that the so-called apology he made for introducing conman Whyte to David Murray, was no more than the shedding of crocodile tears.

And it goes to further illustrate just what a nest of vipers David Murray threw into Rangers when he cut and ran, selling the club out to Craig Whyte.

Indeed, any legal threat from Ellis to further entangle the shares which David so blithely handed over to Whyte, could make it hard for any new owners to put Rangers to right and restore good governance and good corporate citizenship within the Ibrox boardroom.

Some may believe the Ellis threat of legal action, coupled with his known close relationship with the notorious Barry Hughes, is calculated to force the hand of any new owners and lead them to give him a pay off to drop his claim and go away.

The Ellis timing is certainly guaranteed to cause administrators Duff and Phelps another headache.

But they must be made aware that Rangers supporters, in particular some of those Glasgow businessmen who sit in the Members area, would be extremely unhappy should Barry Hughes darken the entrance to the directors’ box at Ibrox again.
