    The stoppage time at the end of each half is inching ever upwards. I remember when 5 mins was long. Now it seems average.

    100 mins but no stoppage time either half... Not that far from what we see currently.

    Doesn’t bother me coz they only play about 50 minutes of football in the 90 with the rest wasted on stoppages , throw ins, lining up free kicks, arguing with ref, rolling about, looking for their handbags…basically we’re being sold a product and only receiving half of it in return.

    id make them play till 120 mins every game

    Could be like cricket. Make them play all week. Definitely allow five substitutions if playing that long though.
