Can’t remember who but someone repeated on here earlier this week some old clart about there being dressing room problems, particularly between Piroe and Summerville….. I don’t think so watching that
I remember someone mentioning it but I can't find it. I'm happy to name and shame if someone points me in the right direction.
Thankfully it wasn’t me, as I’d made a right arse of myself suggested Georgie should be benched, and Joseph chosen in place of Piroe.
City win it again. Other than the joy of getting promoted, you do wonder what is the point? I keep coming round to Eire’s point of view, this has been so much more enjoyable than the last two seasons. Still hoping we win the final but it’s not the end of the world if we’re fighting for it in the championship again next year.
Add to that I’ve just been looking at the final table. Sheffield set a new record for goals. Conceded and a minus 69 goal difference. I wonder how many minutes of the season did their fans enjoy
I didn’t say I wanted to lose, I said I can see why we shouldn’t view it as the end of the world if we don’t win it.
Can’t deny for most of this season it’s been a blast. Sadly remembering the championship struggles we had after PR Pete had his day, it wasn’t enjoyable (for me, others may see it differently). It is only the Bielsa period and this season, that I have enjoyed the 2nd tier. Whilst I would resign myself to another year at this level, I would hope we can get the promotion the boys deserved. If we yo-yo, so be it, but I would hope we would have a better chance of staying up than Leicester or Ipswich(Leicester because of points reductions, and possibility Ipswich might find PL a little too tough). There are also 3 or 4 others that struggle every season. In truth there’s bugger all we can do, whatever the outcome. Not supporting the boys isn’t an option, after Sunday, I’ll be counting the days still we start again, whatever league we’re in. My guess is everyone else (on here) will too.
