Gashead79 I have seen this lad play a couple of times, a little bit selfish but quite strong. Don't know what his scoring record is because he went down as trialist and if he scored he had the same name. we had a useful RB on trial would love to know if he got a contract

Just read a boy called Josh Bailey has come to Dorchester on work experience. Nice for Josh to play at a decent ground

I do CJS, the ground is just across the road from where I live. Dorchester are crap but its nice to support your local team as you would know.

I remember being involved with the design for the roof over the Tesco in Dorchester many moons ago, If I recall didn't Dorchester Town get their new{ish} ground built off the back of that store ?

Tesco was built on the old Dorch ground and the new ground built next door, as this is Duchy land the design on both erections is quite strange. Only 3 years ago the rovers played down here in the FA cup, Harrison got a hat trick and I had a large banner across the bridge just before the ground saying CTID, a classic moment. The Tesco roof leaks.

 

I bet it got a few laughs.

 

I think I told you that the rovers kit man at that time wasn't too friendly about the banner when he found out it was my handy work, 'the only good ****head is a ' etc.

I did have some banter with Josh Bailey the other night, up the City, OTIB etc, he did give me a 'up the gas' all friendly. I haven't seen Cameron Allen for some time, i know he picked up an injury but he was only on loan to the middle of Sept. Talking to him he was with the City academy for 10 years but seems like he didn't make the grade, i'll keep you updated on Josh!

 

Development team played today against Luton today, Cameron Hargreaves gave Rovers the lead in the second half only for Luton to equalise deep into extra time.

Alexis-Andre Jnr has been called up for the Morocco U23s squad for their internationals games against Algeria and Senegal on the 12th and 15th respectively. He arrives in Casablanca on the 8th October
I would like to wish him every success and hope that this is the beginning of a long Int'l career
