My command of English is not as good as I would like, but some of the mistakes made by professional commentators, journalists and TV presenters are unbelievable. My biggest gripe is when they pronounce innovation as innivation. Really gets up my nose. Another one is when people say "I don't know nothing", when they mean they don't know anything.
The use of double negatives Bure. I think I learned about them in infant school a long, long time ago. The (more) modern school system has a lot to answer for. Their and there being interchangeable to many these days.
