Well the 10s are almost over.

Highs and lows that you remember from the last decade?

The Brexit debacle kinda ruled the last few years,

I returned to England, that was unexpected, new jobs etc.

So what's your memories off the last 10 years?

And here's hoping a good next 10 to you all.

no mate im happy with how I am without... I will probably die at 50 already but more chance I will survive now I've stopped

start a counselling degree soon im really excited about it..

I know mate , but really I've been in dark places... I might be nuts , but my hearts in the right place and I've gone from hiding in cupboards from police , jumping in rivers and hospital beds to having people ask me for advice on how to change their lives ..it makes me proud and happy for the 1st time in my life , so gunna get to the next level

I know mate I laughed cos its mad to think even myself... got my pt quals now working at gym, but I want to get people off drugs and help them find their thing more than what just cleaning gym equipment.. cheers bro.
