Sadly I do too. He was extremely fortunate to be at barca when he was, he's not good enough to be any decent teams keeper IMO.

He's a good keeper but nothing amazing and you'll need to be better defensivley if he's between the sticks. He's far from rubbish and I don't think it's a bad move but there are certainly better keepers out there if you really want to spend the transfer money on them.

I won't mind Valdes for next season if we are actively looking for a replacement. Really can't see De Gea staying, I wouldn't if my family and partner lived in Madrid. Be a shame to lose him but I wouldn't blame him for going.

As gutted as I would be to lose De Gea, Valdes will suffice as his replacement. No need to rush into wasting money on a replacement when we have a tried, tested and experienced winner already on the books.

Transfer funds should be spent where it's needed; centre half, right back, CM (x2 one first team, one squad and long term Carrick replacement), striker.

I will make... a statue out of mudrock and chicken wire. I will call it the "battle of the prima donnas" and submit it to the empty arsenal trophy cabinet for exhibition.

Petr Cech?

De Gea was 1/4 to be at Madrid next season only a few days a go, he has now drifted out a fair bit to 8/13. LVG has come out and said he'll stay, so I don't think it's certain that well lose him. Hopefully he's had a change of heart.

I certainly don't want calamity Cech

Lloris sprinting out for balls he has no chance at winning all the time will drive you nuts. He tries to be Neuer and gets it wrong.
