We need to end the talk of history, big club and all that. We need to see that unless we work that bit harder, make that bit better of a decision each day, push the whole club to do more and be more we will never get there

Examples:

Some of our club coaches have very good qualifications, some don't.

The academy is actually quite old and disconnected from first team. Developed by rick parry. Is it ideal? Is melwood?

You can youtube dortmund's set up in their training (
You must log in or register to see media
) and then read about shankley's sweat box... they are in fact the one and the same. Where is our innovation? why are we not developing new ways to improve our players like this... we talk history not future.

Where are our affiliates? why do we sctratch for clubs to loan to?

Why did steve mccalren get to say ibe had no clue how to play til he got to derby? why was that?

There are huge issues we should be focusing on improving day by day, week by week to close the gap to the top.

..................

LFC are at least adding seat to anfield. thats good... but its not enough. we must do more and more.

We must push hard at all levels.

I agree MITO. I want to see it all again. I don't want to be limited to looking at my little 'shrine' at home thinking about what has been.
