Don't think so, otherwise wouldn't he be their universal ambassador?

Nah. The - let's say, French Ambassador comes from France, not to it. So a Global Ambassador comes from the Globe, ie the Earth, and represents us to the rest of the universe.
It's a big job, and requires a lot of brown envelopes.

Didn't Harry Rednapp's dog have a Swiss bank account, that Harry was completely unaware of?

oh yes but found not guilty <doh>
that was when he claimed didn't know how to e-mail and could barely use a mobile phone - though we would see him doing exactly that every ****ing transfer window - despite being a PL manager ffs

In case Harry has learnt to use a computer now I would just like to say I believe him to be one of the most honest football managers ever to have graced the Premier League, together with Allardyce, George Graham, and many others.

So basically England have to wait till the summer to get a new manager, or at least they should, as all the proper managers will be committed to clubs till then (unless Wenger or Poch get sacked).
Just let Southgate do it for now, frankly a blind fish could do the England job in this qualifying group.
Poch would be the best choice. Plus it'd piss Spurs fans off, another positive.

I'll accept as England manager anyone who says it IS their place to tell Rooney where to play #improvement
