Ciaran DD has been implicated in all sorts of shenanigans for years . From luxury boats to mobile phone networks . The Irish public seem to have had enough of the "shenanigans" so perhaps the usual whitewash won't be allowed to happen this time .

Does the fact that there was corruption in Ireland and the cops are not squeaky clean mean that Desmond is a criminal? What relevance does it have?
