if quelly had that horse in a better position she would have won regardless of the saddle slipping, very happy i never backed her.

Hilarious.... Tommo - Vita Nova, easily the best fillie in the race.... take nothing away from the winner though! You just did you muppet.

To Tom Q: what on earth happened there Tom? Saddle slipped and walks past. What a plonker.

if Workforce is 16 '2 then SYT is a proper brute.

Good race, not much between them at all. Workforce has went up in my estimations as he's clearly better over further but SYT starts to do some talking of his own.

Twice in a row in big races Moore goes for home and is a sitting duck.

Thought SYT had the perfect run this time.

Would love to see them clash in a 12f race with a bigger field, think it would be a firecracker.

    Great race though!

Strong performance from SYF! You can't blame Moore for the defeat, Confront eased off the rails and left him infront far too soon, and Moore held onto Workforce for as long as possible before pressing the button. I feel the better horse won on the day, maybe over 12 or on easier ground WF can reverse form. Who knows?

Just as much as Coolmoore are beating Juddmonte, Godolphin and Al Zarooni have robbed Coolmoore late on in the 1000 Guineas and POW stakes:biggrin:
