Following Arsenal's 3-0 win over Olympiakos to reach the Champions League last 16, Gunners forward Alexis Sanchez said: "So happy for the victory of the team, we are in the next stage."
(BBC Football website)

I hope they interview the arrogant ****er after Arsenal have been put the sword by Barca or Real!
<laugh>

Try the Murphys - it's not bitter

Bitter? No way, my friend!

I'm looking forward to the next stage more than you can image!

I couldn't give a toss about a second rate European competition HIAG. I was referring to our next round in the CL going as well for you as the last round did ( I.e. You convincing yourself that we were going out, whilst we progress to the next round)

Like I've said, who gives a toss about the Europey pot ? Trying to divert attention from your **** up thread about Arsenal going out of the CL isn't working HIAG <ok>

Sure, PIXIE.

Oh, by the way! You do know it's Monaco that our reserve side is pummelling all over the park, don't you? You remember... that side that beat you 1-3 on your own turf, not so long ago?

We're giving them a footballing lesson, mate.

Don't worry, though, I have no intention of rubbing it in, mate.

Choice-cut from the AFC board:-

"4-0, these players have shamed the badge they play for tonight."
(Arsenal87, commenting on Arsenal's 4-0 shaming at the hands of Southampton, on Boxing Day)

<laugh>
I know he's in pain, but I simply cannot help laughing my arse off!

God alone knows what carnage will ensue if this bunch of clowns turn up against Barca! Could this end up being the greatest humiliation ever in European competition? It might be worth putting a bet on it. G4E is good at this sort of thing, I understand...

Arsenal still look no closer to breaking the deadlock and the home crowd are growing increasingly restless. What an up-and-down side the Gunners are, a Forrest Gump box of chocolates.

Newcastle have been the better side this afternoon, much encouragement for them.

(BBC Football Live commentary on Arsenal v Newcastle)

<laugh>
Forrest Gump!

Is the commentator referring to Woe-zil, I wonder?

It was a match that you ought to have won.

Still, I thought the "Forrest Gump" jibe was superb! That's gotta hurt?

i am good at this type of thing - its a shame that you have chickened out of all the other opportunities i have given you to have a wager !

Barca are confident of taking Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey to the Nou Camp, and have made signing the 25-year-old one of their summer priorities. (Express)

Oh, dear! This kind of distraction is the last thing that Wenger will want, at this point in the season.

Ramsey's head is bound to have been turned.

Are you saying that HIAG has engaged in yet another bottle job ?

i am saying that he doesn't put his money or reputation were his mouth is :)

i have given him ample opportunity to back his silly claims about Spurs being above Arsenal either as kudos bets or with filthy lucre, but he has chickened out.

i have also asked for him to give me odds of Barca scoring 8 goals against us in either leg, and i am awaiting his response.
