Didn't Ward get himself into bother post football career?

Just checked, he got involved in selling drugs and did a few years in clink. Scouser.

Think McAvennie got done for selling bugle too.

All those 80s boys were at it.

    Even the great King Kerry.

Anyway City are old news btw now we possibly have King Conte!

King Cont 1 (Jose) v King Cont 11 v Pep next season would be good

I've already got us down for a 1-0 win courtesy of a rather bizarre John Terry own goal - giving us the title to the frustration of the Norf Lunnon trivials ... and after a crafty post final whistle change of shirts, look to see JT at the ecentre of the celebrations :smiley-finger007:

Yeah, I suppose it's wrong of me to tar all with the same brush. But, the racism, anti semitism, and general vitriol that spewed from a lot West Ham fans really made me wonder what had happened to that club.

I'm sure that I'm quite a bit older than you, but West Ham used to be liked and respected for their football by just about everybody. Supporter, or not.

Upton Park is certainly in a **** part of London. I preferred going to Moss Side! The Hammers will get confused by the area around the Olympic Stadium!

Different times, different culture, who can say really.
Not going to argue with that, terrible area. Looking forward to taking the bus to Epping station and going almost direct to the Olympic Stadium.

To address NSIS, I work with fans of West Ham, Spurs, Chelsea, Arsenal, even some Scousers. I wouldn't really say any of them are bad people, the Chelsea fan gets a bit irritated if you rub it in about how ****e they are this season, and we have a Manc who can be a bit of a nob but honestly some of the people im closest too are in fact Spurs fans.

  18. The thing is, you and me have seen this all before, Spurlock. You get these flukes come along once in a blue moon, and we have to suffer the momentary distraction of being swamped by a noisy, excitable crowd of fans giving it large for a short while, before filtering away back into obscurity.

So Moshiri gets pissed off with Kroenke blocking him and his mate - Usmanov - from having any real influence at the Emirates, despite the pair having a 30% stake...

So he transfers the shareholding to his bessie and rocks up at Everton.....

How long before his buddy joins him? Les Gooners lead by Kroenke might be on the verge of losing a man who's worth 3 times what old Roman is....

I dont think it will make any difference, as neither have put any money into the club, in fact the rumours are that usmanov is only interested in making money out of football rather than spending it, hence the reason our board have tried to keep him out. Example being that out current shareholders do not take a dividend (unless that has changed in the last year or so), but usmanov actively promotes this.

We probably needed someone like this 5-10 years ago when we were under financial restraint, but dot see him having much impact now. He could be good for Everton, if they could get a stadium build without financially crippling you.
