So the best thing is for the individuals to step back and enjoy the other threads on offer. However this theory only works if everyone implements it. I can only speak for myself but if I'm getting name dropped I'm going to say something especially when it's the same handful of people. Like I said I'm not interested in the rights and wrongs, all move on or it don't work...but for you to nod your head at Bod is ****ing hilarious when you pop in to drop bombs at selected individuals yourself.

 

Bodi, your status indicates that you were around this site in the days when the Chelsea board was vibrant. I definitely recall that you had a lot of posters, and that your board was generally buzzing with activity.

I think you know the answer to that one. Whether or not you are too diplomatic to voice your true opinion is another matter.

You certainly did that, but the real bonus for your board was the simple fact that you got rid of Skiddy, and with him gone quite a few of the out-and-out twats on your board - such as Gary The Glitter Fan and Robbie123 - wound their necks in and piped the **** down. In other words, your board took on an air of much-needed civility.

The fact is, I haven't changed. I am exactly the same lovable, rakish, witty, and highly intelligent rogue that I have always been, voicing my opinion freely and without fear of censure.

I repeat, all that has changed is that Skiddy has been removed from the equation, and with his wings clipped twats like Gary and Robbie123 have no power. If they were to strut around, now, as they did back in the day, they'd look like total planks and we'd put them straight back in their boxes; and they'd be able to do nothing about it (in the past they'd blub to Skiddy, and Skiddy would ban who ever called these twats to task).

It was nothing more than a bit of banter. I choose to believe that any sensible poster, knowing my humour, would see that, immediately. Often times, I like to raise important discussion by asking a provocative subject.

Granted, if the title had been "No Way Chelsea can finish top 5 this season, but what do you guys think?" then your assertion might hold water. But that is not how the title reads. I asked a question, and as the season has progressed the answer to that question appears to be a very clear "yes!"

Sure, I asked the question in a manner and style that implies I want Chelsea to finish outside the top 5 - that is where the banter comes in, see - but I was merely playing off the fact that you had such a dreadful season last season.

Back in the bad old days, Skiddy and his ****witted henchmen would have hounded me off your board for having started that thread.

But, hey! That's the principle reason why you lost so many decent posters. Around two-thirds of those who originally joined your board got so ****ed off with Skiddy, Gary, Robbie123 and a couple of other twats, that they abandoned it. Skiddy's slavering stupidity destroyed your board.

Who the **** cares anymore, Skiddy? No one does. All they care - including your own - is the fact that you are no longer in a position to cause irreparable damage to the Chelsea board.

Let's say you resigned. Why was that? I'll give you my opinion. It was because, having had your fun and destroyed the board that you had been entrusted to look after, no ****er would visit it, and it was just you and your fellow twats hanging around like a bunch of ****s wondering where all the decent people had gone.

The simple fact of the matter is that whilst you were mod, there never was going to be a Chelsea board of any note. You worked that one out for yourself. The fact is that you had to go (whether it be your wish or at the hands of others) in order for the Chelsea board to recover its fortunes.

On a serious note, Saints, I can understand why Bodi remains diplomatic regarding Skiddy - he does skirt around the edges when it comes to out and out criticism of Skiddy. It is difficult for fans to criticise follow fans. However, the thing to note is that Bodi rarely (if ever) comes to Skiddy's rescue when he's being put back in his box. That tells you all you need to know.

My main point about this thread, and the entire PL board of late, is that no one is coming out of this looking great to be honest.
You guys waste so much energy arguing over irrelevant bollocks.
I just fail to see what is so enticing about having these 100 + page threads of two camps to ing and fro ing.

 

It's certainly why most of the spuds have tolerated your **** ups. Although I have noticed recently that NSIS, Spurlock and SpursDisciple have all called out the ****e you come out with. To be honest, I'm surprised it's taken this long.
