    The news is that Arsenal have won their CL group going unbeaten. With Perez scoring as many goals as your whole team put together.

    Do you think you'll be able to scrape into the europey pot tonight ? If so, will you be predicting that Spurs will draw Arsenal in the next round again ?

    That couldn't have happened either way.
    Teams from the same country are not allowed to play each other in the first knock out round of the EL and CL.

    I know. I only mention it because HIAG thought it would be a good wum to predict that Spurs would draw Arsenal in the europey pot last year as he was convinced we'd 'embarrass' English football and get knocked out of the CL at the group stage.

    And what do you know, it turned out to be another wum **** up :)

    And who was the only PL team not to qualify from their group? <whistle> :D

    Even "Flukey, Lucky" Leicester managed to qualify (as group winners no less).

    HIAG has tried to wum both Arsenal and Leicester over this year's Champions League and predictably it was the Spuds who were the 'embarrassment' to English football. It also made me laugh how their fans said that they were 'resting' players for the Chelsea game when they lost to Monaco, only to lose again to Chelsea at the weekend <laugh>

    Fcukon fluked it we did ... long may it continue - we've left seven at home for tonight's game - not sure how wise that is tbf, given our woeful league form currently - but we have looked a completely different team in Europe so hey ho... give it a go ... will certainly be a very interesting starting line-up <laugh>
