'Understands' because they won't admit sources outside of their own men, it's been confirmed by reliable local journalists.
 
I'm begining to suspect theres something seriously wrong behind the scenes at the club when all our best players want to leave (or have already been sold - Carroll a few months ago)???? It's been well publisised that the team spirit/morale is and has been great at the club for the last two seasons, a major factor in promotion and staying in the Prem, with Nolan, Barton & Smith supposedly the main men behind this. Now all of a suddden they're all allegedly leaving???? WTF?
 
It looks like there could have been some truth in the rumour a couple of weeks ago that Nolan had infuriated Ashley and co with his involvment in Carrol's move to Liverpool and the alleged bung involved.
