You're utterly clueless and are just avoiding my real point. You're now just predicting out of desperation. You're not basing your prediction on anything really. If City were playing at home, then you could say they would be very very strong odds to win, as they have picked almost 100% points this season. But this season, they've not been great away from home, they're playing under a lot of pressure, we make a massive atmosphere that can rattle any team, we did it to Man Utd and battered them 3-0. I only made a prediction because you forced me to and wouldn't respond to my comment properly without one, but you still haven't. You're just ingoring the point. I don't have a real prediction, 1-2 is just what I'd predict if I was forced to put a fiver on it. I really can't call it. I could see City winning due to them finding a bit of form and fighting for the title. I could see our form and style causing them problems, and it being a great game and ending up being a draw. I could also see us putting a lot of pressure on them and nicking it. There's my real answer. If you can't come up with a proper, intellectual response, just shut the **** up. Don't just say "well I'm entitled to my opinion", "don't blast me". You're talking out of desperation.
Midweek was huge defeat for you. Cant see you being in contention now though. Too many sides would have to implode.
No way we're not in contention for top 4 now, although we could sneak 5th if Newcasle lose tomorrow. Can't see us winning at Anfield
How am I. I will make an arguement then. here goes. City are a better side than you, hence why they are 20 points clear of you. They have done without their 3 best players: Kompany, Toure and Tevez for significant peroids of this season. All 3 are back now and they transform city into a top side. Take out the average dzcho or balotelli and put in world class tevez (who carried them last year) and you change their team completely. You could win. of course you could. Anything is possible. But I dont think you will. City have momentuem and had a couple of extra days rest to you. City are at full strength and surely most win vs you. You have done well but they have players who are a calibre or two better than you. You are weakest at centre half and they will play through the middle with tevez and aguero and will create chances.
You do know that we would be in fifth if Newcaslte and Spurs win tomorrow? Whatever feelings you have about other clubs, now it's not the time for it. We all need to be City fans for the game against Newcastle.
Spurs should win their games, but Newcastle have a more difficult task. We need City to win. Need it so badly it's untrue.
Arsenal have better players than us, but you're only 2pts ahead, we're joint 4th with Spurs who have better players, and we're ahead of Chelsea who also have better players. Better players? Does it really matter? The gap in quality is not huge and it's a team effort, not just individual quality. Also, we have a fantastic CB in Coloccini who wasn't voted in the PFA team of the year for no reason. We've kept 6 clean sheets in 8 games. As I said, City could only score from a set play, at home, against United who were ****ing ****. We are playing better than United. Tevez and Ageuro's quality and Cities central quality couldn't score them a goal against United. You're only talking about Cities strengths, none of ours. I think it would be best, due to the location and the circumstances, that we don't put so much emphasis on "who's the best team". Since City have hit a bit of form, they've played against Wolves, West Brom and Norwich, who aren't near our quality or form, and they couldn't make their so called central attacking quality pay off against United. Kompany took advantage of **** marking from Smalling and that won the game. Can't be arsed to argue about this. I agree City will be favourites, but only just, and you prediction that we'll not pick up another point is based on your desperation. As proven over the course of the season with a load of weird results, anything can happen.
Yeh. Even a draw isnt ideal because it means if we get a point at brom and they win at everton then we are shafted too.
You keep touting this bs about city not scoring vs united. THEY DIDNT HAVE TO. They bossed the first half. Scored a goal and then just sat back second half and protected the lead whilst playing on the break. Never did they try and pound united and score goals in the second half.
Again you ignoring most of my points. ok. We'll just have to see and wait what happens. The location and circumstances will mean a lot. I really cannot call the game. But your sort of comments, Newcastle fans are used to them, we've had them all season.
