Yeah but we need those wickets soon. They keep on scoring at this rate and it will be too late to matter.

we don't seem to have a clue who to bowl...6th different bowler in 12 overs! We might as well chuck the ball my way, atleast i'll probably hit a line and ****ing length!

In all fairness I didn't give us a chance against them, they are curely one of the favourites, while we haven't exactly played well this tournament. I do believe it is a joke that some players for England have only been home 3 days in 8months! A monumental joke on our part!

You take one end Nobby and i'll bowl from the other. I consider myself the worst bowler in the known universe but we couldn't do any worse than them. Utterly embarrassing!

We could always bowl the ball on the floor and have everyone around them, it would be hard to get a boundary and hard to get it past all of our players surrounding them!

This ^. Its just too much. No wonder Yardy was depressed. Wouldn't be surprised if a few more of them were heading the same way. That or just plain exhausted.

Hope they don't pass our score with all their wickets in tact. That would be so humiliating!

The way there going thery proberbly will, wouldnt be surprised if they get there with in the next 10 overs to be honest, the guys have got be thinking about going home by now and spending time with their familys, but lets hope there is still a bit of fight left in them

This is an absolute spanking, England should be ashamed, all be it a very good Sri Lankan team.
I don't understand why Cook wasn't taken, he could've done a good job at the top of the order especially with the form he had been in during the Ashes but they don't see him as a one-day player even though he's done well for Essex in one day matches.

Not alot that can be said about that really!

Hopefully the boys will get to go home now and recover and we'll get back to winning ways.

    A ten wicket defeat. <cry>

With all the injuries and the ridiculous tour schedule we were never going to win this, still gutted though.

I think our next test series is at home to Sri Lanka round about May. We'll have to avenge this by whitewashing them.

the bad was with the cricket the good with the football, so something ugly with Hamilton and Button is lined up for tomorrow.
