Not liking the way this is going. We have chased big scores before, but can come unstuck in a big run chase.
Just went to get petrol and enjoying my usual sport of making 4 x 4s pull over (on principle, because they shouldn't buy such stupid cars for the Island) and another wicket gone.
Woakes will be a mainstay in the England team (multiple formats) in due course. He's finally started to find his feet this summer. Stokes and Buttler weren't always great when they first started in an England shirt either, but if you give talented guys the time.
Buttler out for 93....still time, but I think that could be it. We were drifting to a possible win.
Just came in and watched the last hour or so, what a superb and thrilling end to the match, heroic stuff from Woakes and Plunkett ( I missed most of Buttler's inninings)
So, so many hitters in this team. Put Stokes in for Moeen once he's fit again, and the hitting is even bigger.
