That squad doesn't make much sense, why include all 3 overseas players and where's Fuller gone?!

My team (in batting order):

1) Orr
2) Gubbins
3) Albert
4) Lehmann
5) Brown (capt) (wk)
6) Prest
7) Potgieter
8) Organ
9) Fuller
10) Abbott
11) Baker (or Wheal if still feeling injury)

Hampshire's red ball cricket has been absolutely appalling so far. I know it's still early days but they already seem to have adopted a losing mentality. I fear relegation looms like a storm cloud on the horizon.
I hope the white ball competitions will bring us a bit of cheer

Well done, Felix.

Whilst I hold out very little hope of it happening, it would be great if he could grow into the (enormous) shoes left behind by Daws.

H 199 - 9 60 overs. I was getting so wound up about Spygate I had forgotten the cricket and how relaxing it is to see Hampshire doing well,,,
H 214 AO
N 0 - 1 Abbott strikes again

Well we're certainly consistent. In our 11 innings this season, that's our 3rd score of 214, and our 7th score between 214 and 253.

Whereas only against Yorkshire have we conceded less than 253 in an innings. And shock horror, that was our only win.

Hopefully we can mop up the tail cheaply this time.

LPW seems to turn into Jadeja every time we play him. I wouldn't be surprised if he's scored more runs against us than any other team. His career high score of 135 is against us.

And O'Neill-Stone-Tounge isn't a weak trio to follow.

Jeez, just seen the Leicester score. They were only two down when I previously looked.

Talk about handing the win to Essex.

Well done, Sonny.

We'll probably be two down by the time we wipe out this 15 run deficit.
