Interesting that neither Currie nor Holland were even in the Leics squad for their 1st 50 over match. Perhaps they're injured, I don't know.

I'm not aware that we are able to recall them from their loans, but I guess it might be showing an outside chance that they'll be coming back to us for that competition. I doubt it, but will certainly be interesting to see our first squad announcement.

Is Weatherley in the Hundred? If so, then the top 7 picks itself really as Middleton, Gubbins, Prest, Brown, Albert, Eckland, Organ

Middlesex continued their fine one-day form at the start of the 50 over competition, getting absolutely battered by Worcestershire despite being able to pick seasoned players for this competition. Well done Worcs!!!!

Right, so Kyle and Mo are indeed both involved. Squad of 12 - personally I'd leave out Jack but he does need some game experience at some point I guess. I would like to have Eckland and Kelly involved for their batting support, preferably at either 6 or 7 for Eckland and Kelly at 8.

H 25 - 2 6 overs. No Vince or Dawson of course.

H 37 - 3 11 Overs.

H 166 - 5 34 overs

H 213 - 5 40 overs Brown 101 no

H 285 - 8 IC

First ball of the final session, EngvWI, I see gets a wicket.
We had been struggling to split this partnership so hopefully we can mop up the tail pdq.
WI 224-6

I'm very much expecting Lewis to make a match-winning 75* or something here. He's presumably very motivated.
