They didn't but still won handsomely. Middlesex did achieve a total of 200+ only to be blown away by Essex with over three overs to spare. I can still Middlesex getting their first points in a rained-off game. It might the only way they get points. Heads need to roll at the county for the continuing decade long of abyssmal performance in both forms of the one-day game.
It did not. This doesn't feel like a World Cup somehow. Maybe some hype will build up.
I wouldn't be worried yet if I was a Pakistan fan. But USA are certainly right in this chase.
