I'm not surprised that Donald has come in. But I thought it might have been at the expense of Weatherley, or even Whiteley, rather than Prest.

Currie for Crane meanwhile was a must. Crane's been destroyed too many times at Chelmsford, just not a ground for him.

(It's not a ground for us in general, to be honest. I don't have great hopes for tonight.)

Yeah, good call on Crane. He'll be straight back in tomorrow anyway, possibly for Wood to give him a rest.
 
Prest injured.

I think I prefer BBC's batting order of Albert at 3 and Donald at 6, as opposed to Hants' with Donald at 3.
 
Good to see JV get straight after Nijjar. He's pretty rubbish, and I'm surprised that Essex recalled him.
