Been a very tough year for him with his dad's death on top of everything else. Just make sure you're in the right frame of mind when you come back Ben, even if you miss the Ashes.

Life for many of us is difficult enough without the huge weight of expectation that performing at the highest level brings. Add the microscope of media attention and social media abuse and it's no wonder more are choosing to step out of the limelight.
