I'm yet to change my opinion that, without a world class spinner in our ranks, four seamers plus Root (and Stokes) is the way to go.

Yeah, tactically they got the situation they wanted: a 73 run lead with only the tail to beat, and plenty of overs in which to do so. Hard to ask for much more than that, just couldn't get the wickets.

They're not going to stop making aggressive declarations and nor should they. Too many dropped catches/missed stumpings cost us.
