A quintuple Nelson. A fairly rare score, let's hope it isn't going toresult in the usual 'Nelson' wicket loss.
Some great cricket being played on the sub-continent at the moment. West Indies have just registered a win against Bangladesh. If South África and England pull off a win in their respective tests, that might be a unique rarity with three away victories in that part of the world in a test series being played simultaneously.
We're in a great position of course, but I do think that we'll ultimately run out of time to win this. The last three should fall very quickly (I don't actually know about Nadeem's batting - but for him to be listed below both Bumrah and Sharma suggests he's horrific). But these two have shown - both today, and against Australia - that they're in form, and won't be removed easily. Really, we needed to break through them today.
Agree...draw written all over it.....unless we finish them off early, then be brave enough to declare after adding some runs rapidly. Entirely possible for India to recover form and bat for ever.
While many on here are keeping their eye on the India v England test, there is the prospect of a fantastic finish to the Pakistan v South Afirca second test with SA five wickets down and needing another 120 odd runs!! I am keeping an eye on this one at the moment.
