Yes and no. As the host broadcaster, Star Sports sell the TV rights abroad. But so far, neither Sky nor BT have agreed to pay the fee which Star have set the rights at. However, Star is ultimately part of Disney. And it's content will be available in the UK, on Disney+, from about mid/late February as I understand - in time for the 3rd and 4th tests. So if no TV deal can be agreed, that will be the only way to watch in the UK.
C4 have now expressed an interest. And Sky and BT continue to play the waiting the game, in the hope that Star reduce their demands at the 11th hour.
