Pretty sure I read / heard that across both innings , Englands lower order only had 3 scores that were not double figures .
India had 11 .

Can someone please explain why it seems to me that at least one test in this series is only 4 days ?
I think Shubman Gill’s captaincy was questionable. At times he was indecisive and should have got Ravindra Jadeja bowling into the rough outside the left-handed batsmen’s off stump a lot sooner than he did. He also allowed the senior players, especially K.L.Rahul, to undermine his field placings.Yeah fair point - should stop underestimating this England side

He will grow into the role if he’s allowed the time, but he needs to assert himself more.

Disappointing draw TBH. The pitch clearly flattened out though. At least we took 6 bonus points to go with the 8 for a draw. If we can beat Worcs next that will still be a decent haul of points.

Chris Lynn signs as one of the overseas replacements. Certainly a big hitter at the top of the order, not a keeper so at the moment it's back to Albert (or Orr). Could be good but you can never really tell...
