The bowling and fielding definately need improving, but it's good to know that any batting target is acheivable.

Batting second and chasing a big score freed up England's batsmen. They had nothing to lose and managed to hold onto wickets for the end game. Being England they tried to blow it, but got over the line. Still in the tournament whereas a second loss would have blown it.
I would like to apologise to the England team. After seeing them get a bit bogged down mid innings yesterday I switched over to enjoy the likes of DS9 and Macgyver. My loss, well done lads.
this format of cricket is the form of game that the ICC should be trying to promote worldwide, such a shame unless you have a contract with the likes of Sky you can not watch the world cup. World cups should be on national TV and streamed on the Internet to encourage non cricket playing countries
Well the English Ladies tried hard to lose but managed to fall over the line..

England fought like Lions to get back in this tournament, then make every effort to blow it in the next match. When I came in, I was dismayed England had chosen to bat....I know what everyone says about getting runs on the board, but I would rather we chased the probably lowish score that Afghanistan would set. Struggle now to get to a decent score for the bowlers to work with....especially without Root.
