The central unit has the function of supervising the burglar-alarm system, enabling the management of the zone sensors independent from one another. It is possible to save up to 16 activation scenarios and use them based on actual the needs. It’s fitted with built-in telephone communicator for sending a telephone message in case of alarm, or to check the status of the system when away from home, using a fixed or mobile phone. Thanks to the integration with rolling shutter and light switching on movement devices, it is possible to program automations that activate in case of alarm, to confuse the intruder. The central unit is also capable of communicating with vigilance bodies through an appropriate protocol, further increasing the level of protection of the property (for this service consult the installer).

HISTORY
RT 3491 entered service from Nunhead garage in 1952. The vehicle saw service from several different garages until sold for preservation in 1973. Although the bus spent its working life in the LT Central area, painted red, It was painted in LT Country area green by the new owner in 1973. The vehicle was busy at various bus rallies and festivals until 2008 when Green Line coach livery was applied. The bus remained active at rallies and was in use during Green Line 80 Day in July 2010. Still attending rallies, she was present at the London Bus Museum's 2012 Spring Bus Gathering.

This locomotive was the last of thirteen in its class, delivered in 1869. Unlike the first batch of nine units, which had 69 inch driving wheels, the second batch of four had 66 inch driving wheels to give more hauling power on steeper sections of line. These locomotives lasted until well into the 20th century.

The Ram models come standard with Electronic Stability Control (ESC) - a system that optimizes vehicle stability and helps maintain directional control under demanding or adverse conditions. ESC compares the driver’s steering input to the vehicle’s actual movement, helping give you more control on the toughest jobs out there.

ESC has an added feature called Trailer Sway Dampening, which detects a swaying trailer and dampens the effect by applying brake pressure to alternating wheels and adjusting the throttle to bring the vehicle and the trailer under control.

The Commission replaces the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency and the Aged Care Complaints Commissioner. Combining these functions into one independent agency strengthens the focus on consumers, streamlines regulation, supports better engagement with consumers and providers, and promotes transparency.

From 1 January 2020, aged care approval and compliance functions will transfer to us from the Department of Health.
