    I deboned a chicken last night, first time ever, then bbq'd it. It works well. Because the meat is all spread out the marinade gets in everywhere and with no bones it all cooks at the same rate. Then plonk it on the table and people just slice lumps off. No carving, no 'who wants white, leg, etc'. Worth a try.

    Not sure but I think spatchcock still has the bones, it's just a flattened chicken, flatiron might be right but not sure.

    That looks a hell of a lot better than the SlimmingWorld paella I made last night.


    Replaced the rice with giant couscous.


    Like the frog spawn jizz of Satan. Slimy, slippery, foul tasting and there was ****ing masses of it.


    The Missus claimed to like it.

    I ruined any benefit it may have had by consuming 2 Fry's Turkish Delight to take the taste away.
