Not sure, Chazz - looks a bit like a Scots ''tattie scone'' but, being in Wales (educated guess from the tea mug) it could be anything!
It wasn’t in Wales. Remember reading about that years ago. Amazing, pressed on photo and it brought up option to look up. Which led to this article in the Sun.Which was from 2018. Been trying to find somewhere that serves one like that ever since. THIS gigantic fry-up shows one hungry farmer has a lot on his plate at the moment. Reading the article I posted they might be hash browns though they don’t look like it as hash browns are the only things listed I can’t make out on there.
I've never tried Piri Piri, what's it like, is it hot, spicy, sweet? I don't like hot or spicy food but open to pretty much everything else.
Boom! Home made Chinese chilli beef in a sweet chilli sauce. Into the Aga to cook while I have a few beers & watch the footy
Update if your daughter still wants vegan food. Went to Mr Moody’s on Newland Ave today. Cracking Sunday roasts (nut in my case) and great beer selection. Reminded me of this conversation because I’m pretty sure the chef, Russ, was at Zoo previously. Nice atmosphere, and even the food the murderers were eating looked good…you know…for warmed up flesh. Only thing is you can’t book and it opens at 12 for food, but what those of us ITK are aware of is the bar opens at 11. So I had to be in there drinking at about 11.20 this morning to make sure Mrs Tash had a table, which as I’d only got up at 10.30 was quite impressive I thought. I know…I’m a role model.
