Diced? Hunters chicken for me is chicken sliced open, stuffed with cheese, wrapped in bacon and cooked in bbq sauce.
I asked this question a while back, no response. I ordered some anyway and had my first one tonight, absolutely delicious. This is the chicken, bacon, leek and tarragon, not a great photo but it really was good, not too dry, plenty of filling and good pastry all round it, a proper pie. If you like pies you should try them. I'm not on a retainer btw...
I made a handmade Yorkshire Turkey pie , with leeks sauce a bit of mustard , cost me about £2 just after Xmas - get your Delia book out and have a go you idlers !!
Go on get it ordered. But if the bun turns out to be a bread cake, send it back. It's not a bun unless it has icing sugar on top. (preferably pink)
I'd definitely give the mushroom tofu a miss. 'Who am I to take food from the mouths of starving rabbits?' Horace Rumpole. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
