    Direct debits aren't debt...just a means of payment. At last I owe nothing...in fact I'm a banker with one client...my son<laugh>

    I have no debts, just finished paying my mortgage and now only have direct debits. I would never call direct debits debts it's just a easier way to pay.

    According to the woman who phoned me the other week to help me with my debt, I don't. My mortgage doesn't count apparently, and on everything else I'm upto the mark. I felt quite sorry for her when all she could do was wish me a very nice day. I wished her one back.
