Just flowers or in a vase ?
We have a couple of vases that we use.

I’ll take the vase to the florist and ask for a festive arrangement and tell them I’m looking to spend £100.

One thing will be guaranteed, the compliments will flow as the families come up for Christmas dinner.

The florist normally puts the bouquet I buy on their Facebook page so they obviously rate it highly too.

I normally buy Julie flowers 4 times a year, Easter, her birthday, our anniversary and at Christmas.

There's a 20th Century Design auction coming up, some nice stuff there, maybe a vase or jardiniere.
What she really needs is something to put logs and coal in for the new woodburner.

Yer aw class ...

What have you guys been up to today?

I watched Klaus on Netflix earlier today. I'm not normally a fan of animated stuff, but I really enjoyed it and would give it 8/10.

What fillings did you have in your omelettes and toasted sandwiches, Mon?
"Omlettes" for the kids, just ham and cheese(even though my elder son wanted "green eggs and ham"), and for the toasted sandwiches, ham, cheese, tomato and onion. I would like to say that the toasted sandwiches were just with a bit of olive oil on the outside of the bread and put in a frying pan(with no oil) and pressed down. Not a toasted sándwich machine per se.
