Dull but only a slight breeze here. Essex is better than Hertfordshire though

It's quite nice today, got the doors open listening to the live music coming from Consett festival...outdoor music festival at Consett F.C.
Had stuff to do today, otherwise would have went...toying with going up for the last few hours tonight.
I've not been to Consett's new ground. Would quite like to but never seem to find time when I'm visiting the parents.
Hate it when you have the wind behind you going out on the bike, knowing it'll be in your face coming back. Best bike ride we did was not long after my wife had recovered from breast cancer. We did London to Paris and we timed it so we could watch the tour on the last day. It was even better that a brit was in the yellow jerseyto be fair it might just be a breeze here too but I hate wind when I’m cycling
Just been reading the start of Bob Murray’s biography and he talks about Consett’s grounds. Seems they were a force back in the day with the local workers eacg chipping in a shilling each week!

This for me too. Up and out at 5.30 with the dog. It’s the best time of the day. Have to keep him on the lead though cos he’s a bit keen and always looking for the opportunity!
Thankfully my Lab is really loyal and is always checking where I am. Funny when I play hide and seek and he's darting all over the woods looking for me.
Our lad is a Boxer, and whilst he is a lovely natured dog, not everyone would be happy if he went charging up to them!

I'd recommend this stuff mate. Moisturiser in it so the skin doesn't dry out like the traditional stuff, keeps itching down to a minimum for the little one aswell. From experience I'd get at least 6 tubes in.

I’m in Corfu for a week with the nipper. Hired a little boat to saunter round the island and jump off for some snorkelling… forgetting all about our head coach situation as much as possible 
Coffee in my seats below the kitchen window which gets the morning sun whilst listening to the birds chattering away. Wonderful.
