I don't think this league works - I had challenges in unanswered against the two above me - so could not move - to work you would have to have an agreement that if a challenge went unanswered in say 5 days then you "take" the game - but frankly that makes it pointless. I now just look at my score on the Chess site - and am still trying to get back to where I was in June
I will be available for games next week ! well monday to friday ! problem is spare time is limited , I prefer not to have a game dragging on for days ,when I might be called to a place with limited internet! Thats not fair on making the opponent wait ! If we can get a game done in a day or two suits me a little better! We do need a re jig of the league I think and as 2RJ has run with it thus far , I think it should be his baby unless there are any objections! who knows maybe a random generated fixture list may work out better!
So.... Suggest.... League runs from now till end of march. 3 matches against each other. 8 in the league so 21 games in 5 months should be doable. KO competition maybe after Xmas if you like. Will sort this (Thanks Norway!!) if chaps agree....... Thoughts??
