I was referring to the severtal judges that have looked into it since, as well as the legal bods that brough and defrended the case initially.
You said he hadn't publicly apologised to his family and friends, when he had, so your statement was wrong, not complicated.
I am not offended by the thread and I posted on it earlier. I do think that it has descended to a level were debate is replaced by point proving and some sort of lame one upmanship. Threads are often stopped because it is obvious that they are going nowhere and debate goes out of the window.
I didn't take issue with ALL of what you put though did I? just the part that was factually incorrect. Have another read.........
Ultimately the guilty decision was made by non-experts, if a judge looks at the case afterwards they are looking for evidence sufficient to overturn a conviction and not if the party is guilty or not, two similar but quite different entities.
Agreed but as there will be news to discuss on the subject in the coming days its probably worth keeping it open.
Not sure what that refers to? That other judges turned down the appeal (which they did) or that other judges found him guilty (which they didn't).
lol, you really can never accept being wrong can you lad? It was a simple factually incorrect comment, nothing more, nothing less, get over it ffs.
The appeal. I wouldn't take the judges in isolation from the other experts either. The jury got information and guidance from a number of sources in the Court. That's the way our legal system works. Ultimately, the system found him guilty, based on his evidence.
Shame you feel the need to send **** stirring, insulting PM's about posters to others, but are that much of a ****wit that you hit the wrong button and sent it to the 'victim' of your abuse instead.... Moderator at work
